Account Manager

We are a leading Artificial Intelligence (AI) company and our APAC Headquarter based in Hong Kong is looking for an Account Manager, whose key role will be in driving business growth through improving enterprise and government account penetration rates. To drive commercial success, Account Manager is to leverage on strong experience in solution selling, aggressively account approaching, and to collaborate with internal departments, including pre-sale, product and service delivery team and marketing team. Skills in negotiation is also important to reach a consensus with customer.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with customers and partner vendors

  • Drive business strategies to drive revenue growth

  • Keep track of market changes and competitor activities

  • Report regularly on sales performance and channel development

  • Contact new and existing customers to promote company solutions (A.I. Chatbot, A.I VoiceBot, etc.) and figure out potential opportunities

  • Work closely with marketing to implement business development programs

  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements; provide formal sales quotations

Requirements
  • Previous account management experience

  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role

  • Willingness and ability to travel

  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant sales and commercial experiences in AI or IT industry

  • At least 2 years of direct customer experience, and direct sales experience in large and medium-sized enterprises such as finance, government, and corporates

  • Proven track records of sales management achievement; demonstrable customer portfolio growth in dynamic and fast-changing industry sectors

  • Strong sales, P&L and business acumen

  • Excellent presentation and communications skills

  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
